In the midst of all the madness, Vue Journal sat down with James McMurray – Burnham Bakery’s Head Baker, bread-extraordinaire, and all-around awesome human being. We caught up with James to find out what a 'typical' day looks like for the man who is in charge of thousands of buns, loaves, and pastries, every day.
