In an event not to be missed, Shannon Bennett is returning to the kitchen to host a special evening at Seafood by Vue, Iki-jime, with Head Chef James Cornwall.
Shannon’s dinner is inspired by his ethos to use and promote fresh Australian produce, which has been at the forefront of his innovative and contemporary approach to Australian dining for almost 20 years. Shannon has designed an exclusive four-course seafood menu to celebrate Good Food Month and emphasise the role of quality ingredients and restrained technique in his cooking style.
Those familiar with Shannon’s style will be excited to revisit the entertaining dining experience that he’s known to present, one full of theatre and flair that cannot be replicated at home. Having been an icon of Melbourne dining for almost two decades, there’s no doubt that guests will be delighted watching Shannon move about the open view kitchen.
