Working closely with Iki-jime's Sommeliers, Morningting Peninsular based Quealy Wines has created an aromatic field blend of friulano, oscato, giallo, malvasia Riesling. Skin contact of 6 months draws intense bright spice and flavor attached to the thick white tannin. Further breadth and maturation of 6 months in barrel and amphora.
