An expression of Chardonnay (42%) and Pinot Noir (58%) grown in the Yarra Valley, and has a beautiful golden summer straw colour. Fresh pears and lemon curd are immediate on the nose, followed by warmer tones that include nougat and freshly milled wheat. To taste, there is plenty of delicate red fruits, rose petal, lemon, and candied burnt citrus. After 10 years on lees, the wine has developed complexity and texture carried by bright acidity, displaying a refined elegance with great length.
