2017 provided ideal conditions for Riesling in the Grampians. Long and cool conditions allowed the grapes to ripen slowly, leading to increased complexity and fine natural acidity. The result is a wine that shows great varietal and regional qualities.
Aromas of crisp and fragrant citrus notes are laced with white blossom and ginger spice. On the palate, this Riesling is fruit driven with intense spiced citrus and white stone fruits carried across the palate with fine, natural acidity that provides amazing length. This wine is vivid in its youth and offers superb cellaring potential.
