Eat dessert first (and last) at our monthly dessert degustation, an evening of sweets and cocktails. Each month, the kitchen team at Iki-Jime and Vue Group's Executive Pastry Chef John Demetrios partner with Australia's best beverage suppliers to vcreate an unforgettable experience.
Guests are seated at the open plan bar with a front-row view of the chefs and bartenders at work, as they construct four sweet courses.
