Qing Yun Green Oolong

Qing Yun Green Oolong

Qing Yun Green Oolong

$25.00

This option is currently sold out.

Grown at 500 metres above sea level in the Zhu Shan region in Nantou, central Taiwan, this Oolong is light and aromatic. Translated as “Four Seasons”, this Si Ji Chun cultivar came into commercial production in the 1980s. Grown naturally, it is a wild varietal that arose in Muzha before spreading to other regions for production. This Qing Yun Green Oolong is the perfect example of how oolong has adapted, becoming lighter and greener.
Tasting notes: Light and well-balanced with a rich aroma of tropical fruit. Perfect as a breakfast tea. Fresh liquor balances the creaminess and nuttiness.
